Front Office Assistant

Full time Front Office Associate in the Acton area. The ideal candidate will be warm, personable, and friendly with a desire to make all patients feel genuinely cared for.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • warmly greeting patients
  • answering incoming phone calls
  • scheduling appointments
  • updating patient/insurance information accurately
  • calling on insurance benefits
  • collecting necessary payments and balancing deposits
  • seeing that the front office area is always tidy and organized

Skills required:

  • strong interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail to ensure that all patient information is accurate
  • ability to communicate with patients to ensure excellent service and resolution of inquiries
  • desire and initiative to problem solve
  • ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
  • computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer
  • ability to type at least 50 correct WPM
  • ability to be a strong team player with your colleagues
